Check your form's exact requirement
Use the DPI your form asks for (300 is a common choice).
KB limits apply to JPG. PNG files can't be squeezed to a KB size.
Higher removes more shadows and faint marks. Lower keeps light pen strokes.
Keeps your image's width and height. Only if the file still doesn't fit, it is made a little smaller.
Keeps the same width and height. PNG is lossless (larger files); transparent areas become white in JPG.
Drag the box to choose the area, rotate if needed. The result keeps full resolution.
We try the best quality first and stop at the first one that fits.
Pages are saved as images, so text can't be selected or searched afterwards. Best for scans and photo PDFs.
Pages are scaled to fit without stretching. Text stays sharp and selectable.
Files, in this order
Pages keep their sharp text and size. Use the arrows to change the order.
Images keep their colours and shape; photos are turned upright automatically.
Headings, paragraphs, lists and bold text you can edit. Scanned pages come in as pictures.
Every page becomes one slide that looks exactly like the PDF, in colour. The page's text goes into the speaker notes.
Every page is laid out on your device and saved in colour, with text you can select and search. Fonts this device doesn't have are replaced by similar ones.
Every slide becomes one PDF page, in colour, with text you can select. Hidden slides are left out, like in a slide show.
Scripts in the page don't run. Pictures from other websites are included when they load within a few seconds.
Keep the password safe: nobody — not even GoToolVerse — can open the PDF without it.
Leave it empty if the PDF opens without a password but blocks printing or copying.

How to photograph your signature
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark blue or black pen.
- Use daylight or a bright room, and keep your phone’s shadow off the paper.
- Hold the phone flat and straight above the paper.
- Fill most of the photo with the signature — but leave a little space around it.
- Check your form’s required size, KB limit and ink colour before you download.
Questions
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Your photo is cleaned up and resized by your own browser. It never leaves your phone or computer, and we cannot see it.
What does "Cleanup strength" do?
It decides how much of the background turns pure white. Raise it to remove shadows and paper texture; lower it if light parts of your pen strokes are disappearing.
Can I keep my blue ink?
Yes — your pen colour is kept by default (made slightly darker so it prints clearly). If a form asks for black ink, turn off "Keep original ink colour".
My form says the signature must be between 10 KB and 50 KB. How do I do that?
Under "File size your form asks for", type 10 and 50, or tap the 10–50 KB button. It works with a preset size and with your own size. The tool finds the best quality inside that range, shows the final KB size, and tells you if the range is not possible at that size.
Why is there white space around my signature?
The signature is trimmed to the ink, then placed in the exact size you chose without stretching it. If its shape is different from that size, the extra area is filled with white.
Can I take the photo with my phone camera?
Yes. On a phone, tap "Take a photo" to use the camera directly. Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen for the best result.
