Sending…
Send GET, POST, PUT, PATCH and DELETE requests, see the response with timings, and copy ready-made code. Free, no sign-up — your request history is kept only on your device.
How it works
Step 1
Enter the request
Method and address — or paste a curl command. Add params, headers, a body or auth.
Step 2
Send
Press Send or Ctrl + Enter. Public APIs are sent through GoToolVerse; local ones straight from your browser.
Step 3
Read the response
Status, time and size, pretty JSON, headers and a preview — then copy the code for your project.
Tips for testing APIs
- Paste a curl command from API docs or your browser’s “Copy as cURL” into the address box to fill everything in.
- Put values you reuse in Variables and write {{name}} in the request — e.g. {{base}}/users with a {{token}}.
- Testing an API on your own computer (localhost)? Choose “Send: directly from my browser” and allow this site in the API’s CORS settings.
- History keeps your last 50 requests on this device only.
Questions
How do I test an API online?
Choose the method, enter the address and press Send. Add query parameters, headers, a JSON body or a token in the tabs below. The status, time, size, headers and body of the answer appear on the right.
Why are requests sent through GoToolVerse?
Browsers block most calls from one website to another (CORS), so requests to public APIs are sent through GoToolVerse and the answer is passed back to you. Only public addresses work this way. Your request, tokens and the answer are never stored or logged.
Can I test an API on my own computer (localhost)?
Yes. Choose “Send: directly from my browser” (it is chosen for you for localhost addresses). Your API needs to allow this website in its CORS settings.
Can I import a curl command?
Yes. Paste it into the address box — the method, address, headers, body and auth are filled in for you. Copy as cURL from browser developer tools works too.
How do variables work?
Add names and values under Variables and write {{name}} anywhere in the request, for example {{base}}/users or Bearer {{token}}. They are kept on this device.
Can I get code for my project?
Yes. The Code tab shows the same request as cURL, JavaScript (fetch), Python (requests) and PHP, ready to copy.
Are there limits?
Fair-use limits keep the tool free for everyone. Very frequent requests, very large bodies or answers, and very slow servers may be stopped.
