Check your form's exact requirement
Use the DPI your form asks for (300 is a common choice).
KB limits apply to JPG. PNG files can't be squeezed to a KB size.
Higher removes more shadows and faint marks. Lower keeps light pen strokes.
Keeps your image's width and height. Only if the file still doesn't fit, it is made a little smaller.
Keeps the same width and height. PNG is lossless (larger files); transparent areas become white in JPG.
Drag the box to choose the area, rotate if needed. The result keeps full resolution.
We try the best quality first and stop at the first one that fits.
Pages are saved as images, so text can't be selected or searched afterwards. Best for scans and photo PDFs.
Pages are scaled to fit without stretching. Text stays sharp and selectable.
Files, in this order
Pages keep their sharp text and size. Use the arrows to change the order.
Images keep their colours and shape; photos are turned upright automatically.
Headings, paragraphs, lists and bold text you can edit. Scanned pages come in as pictures.
Every page becomes one slide that looks exactly like the PDF, in colour. The page's text goes into the speaker notes.
Every page is laid out on your device and saved in colour, with text you can select and search. Fonts this device doesn't have are replaced by similar ones.
Every slide becomes one PDF page, in colour, with text you can select. Hidden slides are left out, like in a slide show.
Scripts in the page don't run. Pictures from other websites are included when they load within a few seconds.
Keep the password safe: nobody — not even GoToolVerse — can open the PDF without it.
Leave it empty if the PDF opens without a password but blocks printing or copying.

Questions
What happens if my image has a different shape?
Choose "Crop to fill" to cut the edges evenly, "Fit whole image" to keep everything and add white edges, or "Choose area myself" to drag the crop box.
Can I resize in cm or mm instead of pixels?
Yes. Choose Custom size, pick cm, mm or inches and set the DPI your form asks for. The tool converts it to exact pixels (pixels = inches × DPI) and writes that DPI into the JPG file.
My form says the image must be between 10 KB and 200 KB. How do I do that?
Under "File size your form asks for", type 10 as Min KB and 200 as Max KB, or tap the 10–200 KB button. This works with a preset size and with your own size. The tool finds the best quality inside that range and shows the final KB size, so you can check it before uploading. If it cannot fit at that size, it tells you and suggests a slightly smaller size.
Why can't my image reach the minimum KB?
Very plain or very small pictures compress to small files even at the best quality. We never add fake data to make a file bigger. Try a larger size or a sharper image.
Can I use photos from my iPhone (HEIC)?
Yes. HEIC photos are converted in your browser, together with JPG, PNG and WEBP files up to 25 MB.
Is my image uploaded?
No. It is resized by your own browser and is never uploaded.
