Check your form's exact requirement
Use the DPI your form asks for (300 is a common choice).
KB limits apply to JPG. PNG files can't be squeezed to a KB size.
Higher removes more shadows and faint marks. Lower keeps light pen strokes.
Keeps your image's width and height. Only if the file still doesn't fit, it is made a little smaller.
Keeps the same width and height. PNG is lossless (larger files); transparent areas become white in JPG.
Drag the box to choose the area, rotate if needed. The result keeps full resolution.
We try the best quality first and stop at the first one that fits.
Pages are saved as images, so text can't be selected or searched afterwards. Best for scans and photo PDFs.
Pages are scaled to fit without stretching. Text stays sharp and selectable.
Files, in this order
Pages keep their sharp text and size. Use the arrows to change the order.
Images keep their colours and shape; photos are turned upright automatically.
Headings, paragraphs, lists and bold text you can edit. Scanned pages come in as pictures.
Every page becomes one slide that looks exactly like the PDF, in colour. The page's text goes into the speaker notes.
Every page is laid out on your device and saved in colour, with text you can select and search. Fonts this device doesn't have are replaced by similar ones.
Every slide becomes one PDF page, in colour, with text you can select. Hidden slides are left out, like in a slide show.
Scripts in the page don't run. Pictures from other websites are included when they load within a few seconds.
Keep the password safe: nobody — not even GoToolVerse — can open the PDF without it.
Leave it empty if the PDF opens without a password but blocks printing or copying.

- Have an old .ppt file? Open it in PowerPoint and Save As .pptx first.
Questions
How do I convert PowerPoint to PDF?
Choose your .pptx file and tap Convert to PDF. Every slide becomes one page of the PDF.
Are hidden slides included?
No. Like a slide show, hidden slides are left out. Unhide them in PowerPoint first if you need them.
Will animations and videos work?
A PDF can't play animations or videos, so each slide shows how it looks when everything is on screen.
Does it work with .ppt files?
Old .ppt files use a different format. Open the file in PowerPoint, WPS or LibreOffice, choose Save As → .pptx, then convert it here.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. It is converted in your browser and is never uploaded.
